Through mindfulness we connect with ourselves again, are able to change how we deal with the circumstances we find ourselves in and thus how we carry ourselves in the world.
Reiki
Reiki treats the whole person and supports relaxation, self-healing, detoxification and balance on a physical, emotional, mental and spiritual level. Reiki: ‘universal life energy’.
Stress Relief
Stress is not necessarily a bad thing, but if it becomes chronic it is a different matter and can leave a negative impact. We need to build more resilience. Stress Relief and Burnout prevention.
Brief intro
Welcome to Bright Now! My name is Tineke Mulder and I am a certified life, career and executive coach.
My drive is to support you in achieving authentic leadership, which I consider to be the other side of the coin of burnout prevention. As I am a Mindfulness teacher and Reiki Master as well, we can integrate these approaches, depending on your own preference.
I love to listen to and talk with people who want to take time to reflect, to get clarity on their ideals and direction. People who are often driven and idealistic in terms of their personal and organisational goals, yet sometimes feel stuck or overwhelmed while dealing with choices, dilemmas, or simply too much on their plate. Who wonder if they are on the right track and career path, and how to use a potential they have not tapped into yet.
