COACHING
As professional life, career and executive coach, we will be focusing on increasing resilience, stress relief, restoring energy and finding a sense of purpose again, personal leadership, especially in times of change. Many people feel challenged and pressured, and my goal is to empower you again.
The usual coaching trajectory starts with a free virtual intake session, followed by weekly or biweekly sessions and finishes after about three months. Coaching sessions are usually scheduled via Zoom. Mindfulness exercises are often integrated in the coaching session, to increase awareness and self-reflection, and to practice in between the sessions.
Working languages: English and Dutch.

STRESS RELIEF AND BURNOUT PREVENTION
We go through times of change more and more often these days: at work as well as at home, moving from place to place literally, or trying to find out what it is we really want to do and is meaningful in different stages of our life. On top of this, we all deal with prolonged uncertainty, experiencing an ongoing pandemic, violence near our borders and the growing impact of climate change. This is almost always accompanied by a feeling of overwhelm and stress. Stress is not necessarily a bad thing, but if it becomes chronic it is a different matter and can leave a negative impact. We experience the need to build more resilience.
