We go through times of change more and more often these days: at work as well as at home, moving from place to place literally, or trying to find out what it is we really want to do and is meaningful in different stages of our life. On top of this, we all deal with prolonged uncertainty, experiencing an ongoing pandemic, violence near our borders and the growing impact of climate change. This is almost always accompanied by a feeling of overwhelm or stress. Stress is not necessarily a bad thing, but if it becomes chronic it is a different matter and can leave a negative impact. We need to build more resilience.
